1. Return all sport to daylight hours, cutting down on use of huge lights. 2. Businesses cut back heating and lights, walking into council offices and banks is like walking into an oven. 3. Government to give 50% subsidy to people installing solar hot water systems. New houses in areas of high sunshine hours - solar heating to be made compulsory.
