SPA POOL TIP

Having purchase a spa pool a few years ago. I found that the information given on running costs was not quite accurate and I was receiving rather larger power bills than I would like. Not wanting to get rid of the spa pool I experimented and found that by turning the temperature down to around 22 degrees after using the pool and then turning it back up when we were going to use it considerably reduced our power consumption. There is a small disadvantage with this method and that is that you need to turn the temperature up around 3 hours before you intend to use it we find this a small inconvenience as there are some weeks when we do not use the pool at all. A little planning can save you a lot of dollars - not to forget helping the environment.
